With Yahoo’s CEO Marissa Mayer (currently on maternity leave due to the birth of her firstborn) recently cancelling telecommuting affecting many of its working parents and the release of Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg’s new book “Lean In” promoting women leadership and family balance, we couldn’t help but compare the two.
