Fashion week is wrapping up today but brands are not stopping the innovation. It’s become a fashion show ritual: the lights go down and the phones go up. Brands are implementing new ploys to differentiate themselves from the host of other designers that are are participating in New York’s semi annual Fashion Week. There is a concerted effort this year to get attendees to post tagged photos of your brand on Instagram. Celebrities appearances, live performers, spatial changes, and different photography opportunities for attendees are all being used to cater to the Instagram-addicted set.
