Fred Wilson’s Advice to the Next Mayor of New York


Fred Wilson says offer wifi on the entire New York City transit system. New Yorkers spend up to an hour commuting on the transit system each day, each way, and with a wired system, that time can be used productively: to read, to write, to communicate, to work. Students commuting from the Bronx to Stuyvesant High School could be doing their homework or writing code, which they can then post on GitHub, Wilson suggests. We couldn’t agree more!
