Here’s our curated list of a few NYC startup events for this week.

On Monday night, join the HBS Club of NYC as they host an evening of panel discussions around the topic of fintech investment in NYC featuring Brooks Gibbins, Liron Gitig, and Seth Wheeler – Innovation in Financial Technology: The Venture Capitalists at Barclays Accelerator.

On Wednesday evening, our friends at Startup Climbing host Ryan Amburst of ffVC during their monthly climb event – are putting together an panel around diversity in tech – Climb with Ryan Armbrust: Inside the VC’s Office at Brooklyn Boulders.

On October 28th and 29th, join Decoded Fashion as they bring together the decision makers and innovators from today’s biggest and most disruptive Fashion, Retail, and technology companies for a 2 day summit featuring in-depth discussions, inspiring keynotes, interactive roundtables, and much more killer content – Decoded Fashion New York Summit 2015 at IAC.



On November 5th and 6th, join Microsoft for the Cloud Roadshow.  2 days of technical training and programming targeted to learn the benefits of building infrastructure in the cloud. Breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and beverages provided for free – Microsoft Cloud Roadshow at Javits Center.

On November 17th, join Empire Angels for an evening of discussion around bootstrapping and avoiding external financing. Tze Chun, founder of Uprise Art, and Will Nathan, co-founder of Homepolish, will engage in a fireside chat on building sustainable businesses with creative financing Empire Angels Event Series – Bootstrapping 101 at Samsung.
