Here’s our curated list of a few NYC startup events for this week.

On November 5th and 6th, join Microsoft for the Cloud Roadshow.  2 days of technical training and programming targeted to learn the benefits of building infrastructure in the cloud. Breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and beverages provided for free – Microsoft Cloud Roadshow at Javits Center.

On Tuesday evening, the world’s largest tech meetup gets together for its monthly gathering featuring an evening of demos – November 2015 New York Tech Meetup at Skirball Center.

On Wednesday evening, join Jerry Colonna, founding partner at Union Square Ventures for an important discussion around mental health and entrepreneurship – Mental Health and Entrepreneurship: A Conversation with Jerry Colonna at LMHQ.

On Thursday afternoon, join the Applications Developers Alliance as they host a workshop on the strategies needed for a successful app which goes beyond the build stage – App Strategy Workshop at Standard Downtown.



On November 17th, join Empire Angels for an evening of discussion around bootstrapping and avoiding external financing. Tze Chun, founder of Uprise Art, and Will Nathan, co-founder of Homepolish, will engage in a fireside chat on building sustainable businesses with creative financing Empire Angels Event Series – Bootstrapping 101 at Samsung.

On November 18th, 1500 of the world’s technology leaders will assemble in New York for a full day of programming at the TNW Conference NYC at Manhattan Center.
