Join us for an in depth panel discussion with highly credible women in the tech community as we dive into today’s hottest topics surrounding women in technology.

Featured Panel Members:

Anna Khan is a Venture Capitalist at Bessemer Venture Partners. She was Chief of Staff at 4INFO, a mobile advertising company in San Francisco, and is formerly of Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Anna graduated from Stanford University.

Nikki Stevens is the Director of Engineering at Refinery 29. She’s a programmer and active open source contributor. She’s been making websites since Geocities and has worked on projects of varying sizes and success. Before becoming Director of Engineering at Refinery29, she was a Technical Architect at LBi/MRY. While there, she led development of American’s Elect, winner of the 2012 People’s Choice Award at SxSW. Prior to LBi, she was a tech lead at WorkHabit and the lead developer for DivX.com’s web properties.

Merrill Beth Ferguson is the Vice President of Technology at Jirafe. She started as an automation engineer and worked her way up to running systems and operations teams as well as development teams. Before Jirafe, Merrill was the Director of Technical Operations at Meetup.Com. She builds great teams, great tech, and great product using as much open source software as possible.

Cailin Nelson is the VP of Engineering at Turntable.FM. Cailin ended her academic career with a PhD in Physics, and no idea why. After a brief pause in Finance, Cailin landed in the wacky and wonderful world of web development.  Since then Cailin has led the engineering team for a variety of organizations including SquareTrade, Kiva.org and Turntable.fm.  Cailin specializes in taking both teams and architectures from Version 1.0 to efficient, productive and scalable version of their former selves.

Carol Mirakove is Quality Assurance Lead at Bitly. She has led QA teams at Change.org and Bluefly, and with the consultancy Tacit Knowledge she served as a QA Lead to Nike, H-E-B, and Sephora.

Lindsay Bressler is the GM Merchandising and Strategy at OpenSky. She is responsible for the company’s retail operations and business development. Prior to joining OpenSky, Lindsay worked as an Associate at The Raine Group, a global merchant bank focused exclusively on the digital, media & entertainment and sports & lifestyle sectors.  Prior to Raine, Lindsay worked at Goldman Sachs in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group.

Samantha Epstein is a Practice Manager at Workbridge Associates. Specializing in technology staffing in NYC, she and her team work to build teams of top talent with the city’s hottest start-ups and companies. As an active member of the NYC tech community, you can often find her networking at meetup groups and events.
