Empire Angels Young Investors Series – Doing the Math
Empire Angels Young Investors Series
Doing the Math
A necessary evil for both investors and entrepreneurs: get a quick and dirty education in valuations and cap tables. Keynote speaker Ellie Wheeler, Partner at Greycroft Partners, will give her take on the market, whether companies are being over-valued and how she approaches the valuation question, followed by a hands on cap table exercise led by Empire Angels. Don’t worry – there will be plenty of beer to help the numbers go down.
Be sure to bring a laptop or tablet to participate!
Ellie Wheeler is a Principal with Greycroft Partners and is a member of the New York office. Her responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities, sourcing new deals, and working with existing portfolio companies.
