Hometeam, the senior-focused provider of “connected caregivers”, has raised $11.4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were twenty-nine participants in the round. This is the first round of funding since the company’s ouster of CEO and Founder Josh Bruno earlier this year. The total filing is for $26.4M with another $15M to go. There were six participants in this close. Hometeam has now raised a total of $55M in funding since its founding in 2013.
