According to a recent SEC filing, Good Uncle, the food delivery app focused on the college market, has raised $637K in additional funding in what appears to be a convertible note. The filing indicates that there were five participants in this close and the total offering is for $1.5M. Good Uncle previously closed $11.2M in equity funding over two rounds (2017 and 2016) and a debt round of $2.1M in 2016. Good Uncle was founded by Wiley Cerrilli and Matt Doumar in 2015. Investors in previous rounds include First Round Capital, Pritzker Group Venture Capital, Brainchild Holdings, Melo7 Tech Partners, Jason Finger, Charge Ventures, and Armory Square Ventures.
