The filing indicates that the total offering is for $2M and that there were eighteen participants in this close. Founded originally at JetTrack in 2017, which monitored corporate jet movements to predict corporate transactions, Paragon Intel previously raised $1.8M in debt in 2017. The company is founded by Karim Mawji and John Casano and led by Ty Popplewell.
