Timber, the maker of logging tools for developers, has raised $3.5M in additional funding according to a recent SEC filing. The funding comes from fifteen investors. Founded by Ben Johnson and Zach Sherman in 2016, Timber has now raised a total of $5.8M in reported equity funding.
