Brightfield, the workforce data network and analytics platform, has raised $53M in Series A funding from investors that include Sapphire Ventures, MissionOG, CapitalOne Growth Ventures, and Telescope Partners. Brightfield was founded by Christopher Minnick and Jason Ezratty in 2006. In the SEC filing, which listed a total offering of $118.8M, it indicates it reveals the company received $65.6M worth of stock in a nameless company in exchange for stock.
