The filing indicates that this round came from thirteen investors. Founded by Steven Brill and Tomas Bella in 2010, Piano Software had previously raised a total of $28.1M in reported equity funding. Investors in previous rounds include Updata Partners, 3TS Capital Partners, Neulogy Ventures, Rittenhouse Ventures, Plough Penny Partners, MONOGRAM Ventures, Trevor Kaufman, and Cascabel Management.
