CookUnity, the meal delivery platform that utilizes freelance chefs, has raised $2.5M in additional funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $6M and that there were nine investors in this close. Founded by Lucia Cisilotto, Mateo Marietti, and Matias Serebrinsky in 2015, CookUnity has now raised a total of $7.1M in reported equity funding.
