Katapult, the lease-to-own platform, will be going public via a SPAC through Finserv Acquisition Corporation. The transaction gives Katapult a $1B enterprise value. Founded in 20123 by Brandon Wright and Chinedu Eleanya, Katapult expects to do $250M in revenue in 2020.
