Kumospace, the group video chatting platform, has raised $2.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3M, there were three investors in the close, and the transaction is structured as a convertible note. Kumospace was founded by Yang Mou and Brett Martin.
