Lantern.co, the all-in-one platform for navigating end-of-life, has raised $2.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were fourteen investors and this round and $880K of this offering represents the conversion of a previous convertible note. Lantern.co was founded by Elizabeth Eddy and Alyssa Ruderman in 2018.
