MD Ally is an all-in-one 911 telemedicine platform designed collaboratively by EMS and ER practitioners to launch, enhance and scale mobile integrated healthcare initiatives that ensure the appropriate use of emergency resources. We integrate telemedicine into the EMD process to triage callers, with non-life-threatening concerns, to virtual medical and behavioral healthcare professionals, in-network follow-up care, alternate transportation, and social services. MD Ally’s mission is to broaden the scope of EMS care and collaboration -Â and is free for any public safety entity to use. By providing technology that expands the range of patient-centered care options available to dispatchers and medics, together we can improve response and offload times, clinical outcomes, and first responders’ ability to save lives. Founded by Shanel Fields in 2018, MD Ally is backed by investors that include Techstars and Techstars Seattle Accelerator and is headquartered in Philadelphia.
