Bringhub, the leading contextual commerce platform, has raised $1.25M in Venture funding from Integrated Asset Management and Forbes Media. The company has raised $5.35M over 4 rounds.
Intelligence Node, the retail Big Data lab, has raised $750K in Debt Financing from BlackSoil for the company’s third round of funding.
PureWow, the has digital media company focused on women’s lifestyle, founded in 2010 by Ryan Harwood, has agreed to be acquired by VaynerMedia, the agency run founded Gary Vaynerchuck. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. PureWow previously raised a $2.5M Seed round from investors that include Great Oaks Venture Capital, Lerer Hippeau Ventures, Melo7 Tech Partners, New York Venture Partners, Vayner/RSE, among others.
Kinvolved, the K-12 attendance app, has raised $1.4M in Debt Financing from undisclosed investors. This is the first round of funding for the company according to Crunchbase.
WhoTrades, the bridge between social media and trading, has raised a Venture round of funding from FinSight Ventures. This is the company’s first round of funding.
Resy, the restaurant reservation app, has raised $13M in Series A funding from Lerer Hippeau Ventures, RSE Ventures, First Data Corporation and Airbnb. The company has raised $15M over their 2 rounds.
Velocidi, the social media AdTech company, has raised $12M in a Series A round led by Pilot Growth. This is the company’s first round of funding.
LiquidSky, the mobile gaming software company, has raised $4M in Seed funding for the company’s second round of funding.
Eleven James, the luxury watch company, has raised a $10M Series A round from undisclosed investors, as well as $20M in Debt Financing led by Great American Capital Partners with participation from B. Riley Financial. The company has raised $38.1M to date.
Artnet, the provider of auction related analytics, art commerce and art news, has agreed to acquire Artlist, the New York based company for the private direct sale of fine art online. “It was a natural choice to acquire ArtList as part of our ever evolving trajectory to push these boundaries and expand the possibilities in the international art market,” said Pabst, CEO of Artnet. “It is yet another step to revolutionize the auction genre.”
Dash Hudson, the company helping you monetize your social networks, has raised a Venture round of $2M from Innovacorp and Build Ventures. The company has raised $2.6M to date.
Stadium Goods, the premium sneaker marketplace, has raised $4.6M in an undisclosed round of funding. Founders John McPheters and Jed Stiller have raised $5.6M over their 2 rounds.
Trello, the popular task management tool created by Fog Creek Software was acquired by software collaboration development firm Atlassian for $425M.
