Scriptr.io, the service that connects IoT devices to the Internet, has raised $5M in Series A funding led by Middle East Venture Partners, with participation from BeryTech Fund and Endeavor Catalyst. Founder Rabih Nassar has raised $9M over 3 rounds for the company.

Yext, the geomarketing company, founded by Howard Lerman, that provides businesses with a way to update business information, including addresses and phone numbers, to multiple channels, such as landing pages, listings, and social pages, from a single source has filed for an IPO.  Yext has raised $117.2M over 7 rounds since its founding in 2006.  According to the S1 SEC filing, here is what the a portion of the cap table looks like:

Flont, the jewelry sharing service, has raised $2M in Seed funding for founder Cormac Kinney’s first round of funding. Investors in the round included Michael Crotty, Milton Pedraza, George Matouk, Denise Warren, Jack Stahl, Mimi So, Kenneth Blatt, Jorge Mora, Stephanie Stahl, Miki Iwamura and Carmen Busquets.

EVRYTHNG, the IoT smart products platform, has raised $24.8M in series B funding led by Generation Ventures, Bloc Ventures and Sway Ventures with participation from Advance Vixeid Partners, Dawn Capital, Atomico, BHLP, Samsung Ventures and Cisco Investments.

Dyadic Security, providing protection for cryptographic keys and credentials, has raised $12M in Series B funding led by Goldman Sachs Principal Strategic Investments in corroboration with Innovation Endeavors and Citi Ventures.

CareDox, the platform dedicated to K-12 health platform, has raised $6.4M in Series A funding led by Digitalis Ventures with participation from TEXO Ventures, Giza Venture Capital, Prolog Ventures, Prolog Ventures, First Round and Digitalis Ventures.

Brooklinen, the Brooklyn linen company, has raised $10M in Series A funding led by FirstMark Capital. This is the company’s second round of funding.

Cohero Health, the company engaging respiratory patients with their providers, has raised an undisclosed amount adding on to their recent Series A round.
