WorkMarket, the company simplifying freelance jobs, has raised $25M in a Series D round of funding led by Accenture and Foundry Group. The 7 year old company has raised $66M over their 5 rounds.

Avalanche Studios, the independent video game developer, has raised $10M in a Venture round of funding from Nordisk Film. This is the company’s first round of funding.

Kidfresh, the all natural children’s meals, has raised $10M in Series B funding from Monogram Capital Partners with support from AccelFoods and Emil Capital Partners. This is Kidfresh’s first round of funding.

RapidSOS, the emergency communication company, has raised $14M in Series A funding led by Highland Capital Partners in corroboration with Dennis Patrick, Julius Genachowski, Tom Wheeler, Motorola Solutions Venture Capital, A3-Ventures, Two Sigma Ventures, Responder Ventures and The Westly Group. The company has raised $19M to date.

MarcoPolo Learning, the company reimagining education, has raised $8.5M in Series A funding led by Boat Rocker Ventures joined by Horizons Ventures and Seedcamp. This is the 6th round of funding for founders Nazar Yasin and Justin Hsu.

Quovo, the fintech data company, has raised $10M in Series B funding led by Napier Park Global Capital and F-Prime Capital Partners. The company has raised $15.2M over their 3 rounds.

Token, the gift-giving platform has raised $2.5M in Seed funding led by Upfront Ventures with participation from Human Ventures and Slow Ventures. This is Token’s first round of funding.

Zeta Global, the customer acquisition and retention company, has raised $115M in Series F funding as well as $25M in Debt Financing led GPI Capital with participation from Blackstone, GSO Capital Partners and Franklin Square Capital Partners. Founders David Steinberg and John Sculley have raised $380M over 5 funding rounds.

OweYaa, the company matching military service members with internships, has raised an undisclosed amount in Angel funding. This is the first round for the company.

Propel, the startup aiding our country’s social safety net, has raised $4M in Seed funding from Durant Company, Jay Borenstein, Financial Solutions Lab, WinWin Ventures, SciFi VC, Omidyar Network and Andreessen Horowitz. This is the first round of funding for the company.
