Sayspring, the company that lets you design voiced-enabled apps, has raised $1.5M in Seed round of funding led by Compound, with participation from Story Ventures, McCune Capital, Peter Stern, Alan Chung, and Scott Belsky. This is the second round of funding for founder Mark Webster.

 


Krossover, the sports video analysis and statistics company was just acquired by Dallas-based Blue Star Sports, a sports management firm. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

 


, the company developing institutional derivatives exchange digital currencies, has raised $11.4M in Series B funding. The round, led by Huiyin Blockchain Venture and Miami International Holdings marks the company’s third round of funding.

 


, the modern ETF company, has raised $3.5M in Seed funding led by Bain Capital Ventures. This is the company’s first round of funding.

 


KidPass, the platform to book fun kids activities, has raised $5.1M in a Venture round of funding for the company’s second round. The investment was led by Javelin Venture Partners with participation from Bionic Fund, TIA Ventures, Cocoon Ignite Ventures, CoVenture, FJ Labs, Javelin Venture Partners, and Y Combinator.

 


, the nonprime payment option for online shoppers, has raised $13.5M in an undisclosed round of funding led by MissionOG and CURO Financial Technologies with participation from Tribeca Venture Partners and Blumberg Capital. The company has raised $163.5M to date.

 


, the company providing data to bolster cities civil engineering, has raised $1.5M in a Venture round of funding from Samsung Ventures, Fontinalis Partners, and Story Ventures. The company has raised 3 rounds to date.

 


, the commercial real estate appraisal platform, has raised $1.75M in Seed funding from Expansion Venture Capital, LeFrak Organization, Corigin Ventures, Fika Ventures, and Camber Creek. This is the company’s first round of funding.

Policy Genius, the company providing insurance assistance without the insurance agent, has raised $30M in Series C funding led by Norwest Venture Partners with participation from Revolution Ventures. The company has raised $51M in 4 rounds of funding.

Paragon One, the online career center, has raised $1.9M in Seed funding from Jeff Xiong, Jimmy Lai, Altair Ventures, Li Yuan Ventures, University Ventures, Learn Capital, Foundation Capital, and Y Combinator. This is the company’s first round of funding.

Peloton, the cloud based cycling company, has raised $325M in Series E funding led by Fidelity Investments, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, True Ventures, and Wellington Management, with participation from Comcast NBC Universal, QuestMark Partners, Balyasny Asset Management, and GGV Capital. The company has raised $444M over 6 rounds.

Casper, the award winning mattress company, has raised $75M in a Venture round of funding led by Target and joined in by previous investors Lerer Hippeau Ventures, IVP, and NEA. The company has raised $145M to date.
