Private aviation subscription startup Wheels Up has raised $128M in additional funding from investors that include T. Rowe Price, Fidelity Management and Research Company, and Franklin Templeton Investments. Founded by Bill Allard, Justin Firestone, and Kenny Dichter in 2013, Wheels Up has now raised a total of $416.1M in reported equity funding.

Attentive, the mobile messaging platform for brands to engage customers, has raised $40M in Series B funding from investors that include Sequoia Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, IVP (Institutional Venture Partners), Eniac Ventures, NextView Ventures, and High Alpha. Founded by Andrew Jones, Brian Long, and Ethan Lo in 2016, Attentive has now raised a total of $53M in reported equity funding.

CLI Studios, the online platform that connects dance studios with top choreographers, has raised an additional $7.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were nine investors in the round. Founded by Teddy Forance, tWitch, Allison Holker, Jon Arpino, Caitlin Kinney, and Justin Rucker in 2014, CLI Studios previously raised a total of $1.96M in reported equity funding.

The Financial Gym, the company that has pioneered the fitness approach to managing personal finances for women, has raised $5.6M in venture funding according to a recent SEC filing. The total offering is for $7.5M and $1.5 of this represents the conversion of a convertible note. This close comes from thirteen investors and confirmed investors in previous rounds include Brooklyn Bridge Ventures, Alpine Meridian Ventures, and Secocha Ventures. Founded in 2015, The Financial Gym has now raised a total of $7.7M in reported equity funding. We had an exclusive interview with The Financial Gym Founder and CEO Shannon McLay in the spring.

Live Rosier, a stealth startup, has raised $4.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing lists Nick Taranto (founder of Plated – exited), Heather Hartnett of Human Ventures, and Robert Code as Executives. Twenty-six investors participated in the round and this amount includes conversion of a previous convertible note.
