K Health, AI-powered primary care platform, has raised $50M in additional funding led by Claure Group. Founded by Adam Singolda, Allon Bloch, Israel Roth, Ran Shaul in 2016, K Health has now raised a total of $380.3M in reported equity funding.
Clay – $46M
Clay, a customer research platform for prospecting and sales outreach, has raised $46M in Series B funding led by Meritech Capital Partners. Founded by Kareem Amin, Nicolae Rusan, and Varun Anand in 2014, Clay has now raised a total of $62M in reported equity funding.
Waypoint Health – $14.5M
Waypoint Health, a drug discovery platform focused on developing therapies using spatial biology, has raised $14.5M in Seed funding led by Hummingbird Ventures. Waypoint Health was founded by Xinchen Wang in 2021.

UNCAGED Innovations, a biomaterials company that has developed a synthetic leather, has raised $5.6M in Seed funding led by Green Circle Foodtech Ventures and Fall Line Capital. Founded by Stephanie Downs and Ziaokun Wang in 2020, UNCAGED Innovations has now raised a total of $7.9M in reported equity funding.
GovWell Technologies – $5.5M
GovWell Technologies, a software platform for local governments to modernize operations, has raised $5.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from two investors and lists Jessica Lin of Work-Bench as a Director. GovWell Technologies was founded by Ben Cohen and Troy LeCaire in 2023.
ParlayPlay – $3.8M
ParlayPlay, a sports prediction platform catered towards Gen Z, has raised $3.8M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5M and this close comes from a sole investor. ParlayPlay was founded by Florens Roell, Olivier Go, and William Pullen in 2020.
Zeplyn AI – $2.6M
Zeplyn AI, an AI copilot for financial advisors, has raised $2.6M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3M and there were four investors in this close. Zeplyn AI was founded by Era Jain and Divam Jain in 2022.
