Founded by Taylor Matthews and Brad Genser in 2019, Farther has now raised a total of $272M in reported equity funding.

Transient.AI – $10M

AI

Transient.AI, an AI platform that provides a compliance-ready operating system for institutional capital markets firms, has raised $10M in Series A funding from investors that include NEXT Investors, who led the round. Transient.AI was founded by Sreejith Menon in 2024.

AWA Studios – $7.4M

AWA Studios, an entertainment studio that publishes creator-owned graphic novels and develops original IP for film and television adaptation, has raised $7.4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were five investors in this round. AWA Studios was founded by Axel Alonso, Bill Jemas, and Jonathan Miller in 2018.

Paralign Health – $3.7M

The filing indicates that there were ten investors in this round. Paralign Health was founded by Aaron Molloy in 2023.

ChalkTalk – $880K

ChalkTalk, an edtech platform that generates adaptive curriculum and personalized instructional materials for K-12 teachers, has raised $880K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $1.2M and there were seven investors in this close. Founded by Mohannad Arbaji in 2016, ChalkTalk has now raised a total of $6.7M in reported equity funding.
