SKUsafe, an AI-powered nutritional analysis and formulation software for food and beverage brands, has raised $4.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from two investors. SKUsafe was founded by Rafal Stapinski and JP Gschwind in 2023.

Rebuild – $2.1M

CONSTRUCTION

Rebuild, an operating system and estimation tool for restoration contractors serving in disaster-stricken communities, has raised $2.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $2.4M and there were six investors in this close. Rebuild was founded by Alex Toporek and John Reim in 2024.
