Yieldstreet – $77M Venture

Yieldstreet, the private markets investment platform, has raised $77M in Venture funding led by Tarsadia Investments. Founded by Dennis Shields, Michael Weisz, and Milind Mehere in 2015, Yieldstreet continues to expand its alternative investment offerings for retail investors.

Radical AI – $55M Seed

AI/ML

Radical AI, a startup accelerating materials R&D with AI, has raised $55M in Seed funding led by RTX Ventures. Founded by Joseph Krause and Jorge Colindres in 2024, Radical AI is revolutionizing materials research through artificial intelligence applications.

Trunk Tools – $40M Series B

Construction Tech

Trunk Tools, an AI-powered platform to manage construction workflow, has raised $40M in Series B funding led by Insight Partners. Founded by Sarah Buchner in 2021, Trunk Tools has now raised a total of $69.9M in reported equity funding.

april – $38M Series B

FinTech

april, the B2B2C embedded tax planning platform, has raised $38M in Series B funding led by QED Investors. Founded by Ben Borodach and Daniel Marcous in 2021, april has now raised a total of $78M in reported equity funding.

Fotuna Health – $18M Series A

HealthTech

Fotuna Health, a consumer Medicaid navigation platform, has raised $18M in Series A funding led by Andreessen Horowitz. Founded by Benjamin Wesner, Cydney Kim, and Nikita Singareddy in 2023, Fotuna Health has now raised a total of $22M in reported equity funding.

Daloopa – $7M Funding

FinTech

Daloopa, an AI-powered platform that makes documentation automation and data extraction seamless for financial reports and models, has raised $7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. Founded by Daniel Chen, Jeremy Huang, and Thomas Li in 2019, Daloopa has now raised a total of $48.4M in reported equity funding.

Noise Labs – $7M Funding

Trading Tech

Noise Labs, a programmatic liquidity platform for people to trade trends and narratives as assets, has raised $7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. Founded by Gabriel Carafa, Luca Cordova Stuart, and Liangchen Zhou in 2024, Noise Labs is pioneering a new approach to narrative-based trading.

Assemble – $6.1M Funding

HealthTech

Assemble, an AI copilot platform for frontline healthcare leaders, has raised $6.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. Founded by Tessi Flood and Wes Jules in 2022, Assemble is helping healthcare organizations optimize their frontline operations.

ShelterZoom – $6M Funding

Blockchain

ShelterZoom, a smart document platform built on the blockchain, has raised $6M in additional funding. Founded by Allen Alishahi and Chao Cheng-Shorland in 2016, ShelterZoom has now raised a total of $30M in reported equity funding.

Volca – $5.5M Seed

Marketing Tech

Volca, an AI-powered marketing platform built specifically for home services businesses, has raised $5.5M in Seed funding led by Pathlight Ventures. Founded by Brendan Kazanjian, Don Rabovsky, and Jack Morton in 2024, Volca is automating growth for the $500B home services industry.

Oh Norman! – $2.08M Venture

Pet Tech

Oh Norman!, a pet wellness brand, has raised $2.08M in Venture funding from investors including Golden Seeds, Leap Venture Studio, NQV8, Michael Hurnaus, Brown University, and 1731 MGMT. Founded by Katie Hunt and Kaley Cuoco in 2023, Oh Norman! has now raised a total of $5.3M in reported equity funding.

Hootology – $1.1M Pre-Seed

Market Research

Hootology, a modernized market research platform, has raised $1.1M in Pre-Seed funding. Founded by Stefanie Francis in 2016, Hootology is transforming how companies conduct market research with modern tools and methodologies.
