Rain, an infrastructure platform for stablecoin payments, has raised $250M in Series C funding led by ICONIQ Capital. Founded by Charles Yoo-Naut and Farooq Malik in 2021, Rain has now raised a total of $332.5M in reported equity funding.
Proxima – $80M Seed
BIOTECH
Proxima, an AI-powered drug discovery platform for proximity-based therapeutics, has raised $80M in seed funding led by DCVC. Proxima was founded by Luca Naef and Zachary Carpenter in 2019.
WithCoverage – $42M Series B
INSURTECH
WithCoverage, a risk management and insurance brokerage platform for fast-growing businesses, has raised $42M in Series B funding led by Sequoia Capital and Khosla Ventures. WithCoverage was founded by Max Brenner and JD Ross in 2023.
Flip CX – $20M Series A
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Flip CX, a voice AI platform for customer support and service, has raised $20M in Series A funding led by Ridge Ventures and Next Coast Ventures. Founded by Brian Schiff, Jacob Cooper, and Samuel Krut in 2018, Flip CX has now raised a total of $29.4M in reported equity funding.

GiveCard – $8.9M
FINTECH
GiveCard, a prepaid card payments platform for simplifying moving money for organizations, has raised $8.9M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that this round comes from seventeen investors. GiveCard was founded by Diksha Thach and Lurein Perera in 2018.
Noise Labs – $7.1M
FINTECH
Noise Labs, a programmatic liquidity platform for people to trade trends, has raised $7.1M in venture funding led by Paradigm. Noise Labs was founded by Gabriel Carafa and Luca Cordova in 2024.
Blank Slate Technologies – $6.4M
DEEPTECH
Blank Slate Technologies, a deeptech cognitive platform for critical applications in defense, aviation, and security, has raised $6.4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $7.75M and there were twenty-seven investors in this close. Founded by Matthew Trevithick in 2017, Blank Slate Technologies has now raised a total of $6.6M in reported equity funding.
Tivara – $3.6M Seed
HEALTHTECH
Tivara, an agentic AI platform for medical groups to automate patient phone calls across scheduling, refills, intake, and after-hours workflows, has raised $3.6M in seed funding from investors that include Y Combinator, Day One Ventures, Mischief, and Kulveer Taggar. Founded by Aumesh Misra and Tej Seelamsetty in 2024, Tivara has now raised a total of $4.1M in reported equity funding.
Orchestra Health – $2M

Orchestra Health, a stealth startup working on improving cancer diagnostics, has raised $2M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3M and this close comes from four investors. Orchestra Health was founded by Bracy Fertig in 2025.
