The filing indicates that the total offering is for $68.9M and there were nineteen investors in this close. K Health was founded by Allon Bloch, Adam Singolda, Israel Roth, and Ran Shaul in 2016.


Daytona – $48.3M

AI Enterprise

Daytona, a cloud infrastructure platform that enables AI agents to execute tools and run code autonomously in secure, isolated sandbox environments, has raised $48.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $60M and there were six investors in this close. Daytona was founded by Ivan Burazin, Vedran Jukic, and Goran Draganic in 2023.


Qualitate – $31.9M

AI Data and Analytics

Qualitate, an AI-native primary intelligence platform that conducts structured expert discussions at scale for investment and strategy teams, has raised $31.9M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were thirty-six investors in this round. Qualitate was founded by Sagar Kadakia in 2024.

Aligned Marketplace

Aligned Marketplace – $20M

HealthTech

Aligned Marketplace, a primary care marketplace that connects self-insured employers to independent advanced and direct primary care practices across all 50 states, has raised $20M in Series A funding led by Venrock. Founded by Patrick Nelli in 2023, Aligned Marketplace has now raised a total of $31M in reported equity funding.

The filing indicates that the total offering is for $10.5M and there were seven investors in this close. Status was founded by Fai Nur, Amit Bhatnagar, Blossom Okonkwo, Great Okonkwo, and Pritesh Kadiwala in 2020.

Eulerity, a marketing automation platform that enables multi-location brands to manage and automate digital advertising campaigns across search, social, display, and video channels, has raised $4.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5M and there were two investors in this close. Eulerity was founded by Tanuj Joshi, Adam Chandler, and Joe Ciaramitaro in 2017.


MORE – $4.4M

SportsTech Entertainment

MORE, a technology company that develops and distributes new technologies to elevate sports and entertainment events and experiences, has raised $4.4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5M and there were thirty-eight investors in this close. MORE was founded by Joe Markowski and Jeremy Simmonds in 2025.
