David – $250M

Consumer Goods FoodTech Wellness

David, a consumer brands company that creates and scales high-protein, better-for-you food and confectionery brands, has raised $250M in Series B funding co-led by Greenoaks and Valor Equity Partners, with participation from Peter Rahal, ICONIQ Capital, and Imaginary Ventures. David was founded by Peter Rahal and Zach Ranen in 2024 and has raised $335M in total funding.

RQD Clearing – $74M

Finance Enterprise

RQD Clearing, a cloud-native clearing and custody platform that provides broker-dealers, RIAs, and foreign financial institutions with real-time access to U.S. equity, options, and ETF markets, has raised $74M in a Venture round led by Bain Capital Tech Opportunities with participation from ABN AMRO Clearing Bank and Nyca Partners. RQD Clearing was founded by Michael Sanocki in 2021 and has raised approximately $84M in total funding.


Icon – $30M

Advertising Content and Publishing Sales and Marketing

Icon, a human UGC ad production platform that manages creator sourcing, scripting, filming, and editing to deliver brand-ready short-form video ads, has raised $30M in a Venture round led by Founders Fund. Icon was founded by Kennan Jenner in 2024.

Easy Aerial – $20M

Robotics Drones Security Enterprise

Easy Aerial, an autonomous drone systems company that develops tethered and free-flight aerial intelligence platforms for defense, security, and critical infrastructure applications, has raised $20M in Series B funding with participation from Insight Partners and Entree Capital, and private U.S. investors. Easy Aerial was founded by Ido Gur and Ivan Stamatovski in 2015.


Norbert Health – $14M

HealthTech AI Robotics

Norbert Health, a physical AI company that deploys robotic nursing assistants in healthcare facilities through a physical AI control system with contactless sensing and clinical protocol execution, has raised $14M in Series A funding led by Cardinal Capital Group, with participation from EXOR N.V., Careit, Alexis Le-Quoc, Olivier Pomel, Saeju Jeong, and Thomas Clozel. Norbert Health was founded by Alexandre Winter and Patrick Collins in 2019 and has raised $19M in total funding.

Chariot Claims – $9.46M

LegalTech

Chariot Claims, a legal technology platform that helps everyday people file claims and secure compensation from corporations that violated their rights, has raised $9.46M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $10M and there were eleven investors in this close. Chariot Claims was founded by Jonathan Chen and Zim Hang in 2022 and has raised $15.2M in total funding.


Koxa – $8.7M

Finance Enterprise Big Data

Koxa, a fintech API platform that connects ERP and accounting software directly to corporate bank accounts to streamline treasury and payables workflows, has raised $8.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were eighteen investors in this round. Koxa was founded by Camellia George and Conner Mulvee in 2020.


Konko AI – $6M

AI HealthTech

Konko AI, a healthcare AI platform that automates patient journey management for clinics and hospitals across Latin America, has raised $6M in Venture funding led by Hi Ventures, with participation from LifeX Ventures, SquareOne Capital, GroundUp Ventures, and Phoenix Fund. Konko AI was founded by Jean Marc Goguikian and Michael Haddad in 2023 and has raised $7.1M in total funding.


Elm AI – $3.84M

AI Enterprise

Elm AI, an AI platform that deploys agents to automate vendor compliance, responsible sourcing, and supplier operations for supply chain teams, has raised $3.84M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were five investors in this round. Elm AI was founded by Advait Raykar, Aparajita Thakker, Eesha Khanna, and Liqin He in 2023 and has raised $6.2M in total funding.


Swissclear Global – $900K

Payments Entertainment Media

Swissclear Global, a prepaid entertainment platform that enables consumers to access digital content across streaming, sports, and gaming services without credit cards or long-term commitments, has raised $900K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3M and this close comes from a sole investor. Swissclear Global was founded by Sundip Agarwal in 2014.
