With so much going on in the city’s thriving ecosystem, it is easy to miss some of the happenings in the space.  We keep you abreast of a few of things that you may have missed in NYC Tech this week including the fundings, exits, and events.

Spreemo, a cloud-based healthcare management platform, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Pamplona Capital Management.

 


JethroData, whose index-based SQL engine for Hadoop lets you run 1000 X faster interactive ad-hoc queries, live dashboards and reports, has raised $8.1 million in Series B funding led by Square Peg Capital, with participation from earlier investor Pitango Venture Capital.

 


Honest Buildings, a platform connecting professionals in the real estate construction and design space, has secured $5 million in strategic Series A-2 financing. Circle Ventures, the technology investment platform of the Milstein Companies, led the round, with participation from Thrive Capital, Westly Group and Rockport Capital.

 


NYC Tech Week in Review.006

Blue Apron, the leading recipe and fresh ingredient delivery service, has raised $135 million in Series D funding led by Fidelity Management and Research Company, with participation from existing investors.

AlleyWatch named founder Adam Salzburg one of 15 NYC Founders to Watch For in 2015.

The company is now valued at $2B.

TripleLift, the advertising solution for the visual web, has raised $10.5 million in a Series B round led by Edison Partners. Previous investors NextView Ventures, Laconia Capital Group, iNovia Capital, and True Ventures also participated in the round.

The company has been named been named by Forbes as one of the Top 5 Companies Transforming Advertising and Cofounder and CEO Eric Berry has been named by AlleyWatch as one of 15 People in NYC Who Are Changing Advertising.

TripleLift is an ER Accelerator company.
