Eight Sleep, the sleep tracking bed sheets, has raised $5M in Series A funding from Sway Ventures (formerly AITV), Sinovation Ventures, Comcast Ventures, StanfordStartX Fund, Y Combinator, Azure Capital Partners and Yunqi Partners. The company has raised $11.6M over 5 rounds.

Betaout, the company creating cloud based ecommerce platforms, has raised an undisclosed amount from East Ventures in a Venture round. The company raised $21M prior to the round.

Noodle, the resource to help children make the right educational decisions, has raised $5M in Series A funding from SWaN & Legend Venture Partners. This is the company’s first round of funding.

Ovid Therapeutics, the company working hard to cure rare diseases, has raised a Series C round of $25.8M from undisclosed investors. The round is the companies third, raising their total funding received to $105M.

Shoptalk, the leader event organizer for retail and ecommerce events, has raised $2M in a round of Venture funding from New Enterprise Associates, Bain Capital Ventures and Primary Venture Partners. The organizers have raised $4.5M over 2 rounds.

Voodoo Manufacturing, the 3D printer technologists, have raised a Seed round of $1.4M from KPCB Edge and Y Combinator. The company has raised $3.15M over 3 rounds.

Whistle Sports, the entertainment and media company, has raised a Series C round of $27.5M led by NBC Sports Ventures with participation from Beringea, Emil Capital Partners and Tegna, Sky. Founders Brent Bushnell and Eric Gradman have raised $21.5M over 2 rounds.

Sidestep, the company that allows you to pre-order concert merchandise, has raised an undisclosed round led by RHL Ventures. The company has raised 4 rounds to date.

Button, the company connecting the mobile economy, has raised a Series B round of $20M led by Norwest Venture Partners with corroboration from Greycroft Partners, DCM Ventures and Redpoint. The founders have raised $34M over 4 rounds.

Sourcepoint, the company providing solutions to the biggest media companies, has raised $16M in Series B funding led by Northzone with participation from Foundry Group, Spark Capital, Greycroft Partners and Accel Partners. The company has raised $26M to date.

Bluesmart, the smart luggage company, has raised $6M in Series A funding from XG Ventures, Yunqi Partners, Mountain Nazca, Endeavor Catalyst, Pietro Dova, monashees+ and Tsing Capital. Bluesmart has raised $12.5M to date.

Reachify, the company aiding enterprise brands, has raised an undisclosed amount is a Seed round of funding. CEO and founder Cindy Links has raised the company’s fourth successful round.

Teachable, the platform for teacher-entrepreneurs has raised $4M in Series A funding led by Accomplice, Learn Capital and Naval Ravikant with support from Winklevoss Capital, Maiden Lane Ventures and Matt Brezina. The company has raised $8.5M to date.
