Armed with some data from our friends at CrunchBase, I broke down the 10 largest rounds in New York during the month of January. Early indications are that it was a stellar month for startup funding in the city as just the aggregate value of these rounds alone surpasses $500M . I have included some additional information such as industry, round type, investors in the round, and total funding raised to further the analysis.
