FITNESSCELLCOLLECTIVE

There are workouts – and then there’s the Fitness Cell Collective, a customized solution designed to transform your body at the optimal pace.

Most importantly, classes are kept small (6 people) to tailor each member’s workout. Exercises are calibrated to keep workouts challenging yet safe. And your progress is tracked and recorded to monitor results.

It’s not just a workout, it’s a program. Classes include three key fitness areas: Strength, Endurance, and Flexibility. Each area is equally important to a balanced body and a meaningful fitness level.

Let’s find out how it all fits together.

Tell us about the service.

The Fitness Cell Collective (The Collective) is the premiere Small Group Training facility in NYC. The program is balanced between strength, endurance, and flexibility.

How is it different?

We differentiate ourselves by tailoring exercises to each member’s unique fitness level. And keeping class size small for personal attention- six people per class.

What market are you attacking and how big is it?

We are opening up the fitness market from two angles. Individuals in group training that are looking for more tailored workouts. And those using personal training, who are looking for something more affordable but still want the personal attention.

What is the business model?

At the current facility, the Collective is targeting 80 premiere customers.

Who is Fitness Cell Collective designed for?

The target customer is 28-55, men and women. Our typical client lives a busy life but wants to include fitness into their lifestyle; understands the benefits of tracking progress and keeping workouts challenging.

What are the milestones that you plan to achieve within six months?

In six months, we hope to deliver a member portal to display the data we are collecting on our members. This will help our members stay motivated by seeing their progress and reaching their goals.

If you could be put in touch with one investor in the New York community who would it be and why?

We have an excellent team on the fitness side. We would benefit from a strategic partner that has a background in app development and user experience.

Why did you launch in New York?

New York City is one of the most health conscious cities in the world. Plus the boutique gym craze is overheated here and we can help them improve it.

What’s your favorite fall destination in NYC?

Central Park. Specifically, finding that place where no buildings are in sight, and you can get away from the daily grind.

Fitness Cell Collective is pleased to offer all AlleyWatch readers a limited time special where you for every one class you purchase, you get one free. Please mention this when signing up.
