Graphite, an AI-powered code review and coding assistance platform, has raised $52M in Series B funding led by Accel. Founded by Greg Foster, Merrill Lutsky, and Tomas Reimers in 2020, Graphite has now raised a total of $72M in reported equity funding.

Crossmint – $23.6M

Crossmint, an all-in-one blockchain backend platform for companies to build onchain, has raised $23.6M in Venture funding led by Ribbit Capital. Founded by Alfonso Gomez-Jordana Manas and Rodri Fernandez Touza in 2022.

Privy – $15M

Fintech

Privy, an API-based crypto wallet infrastructure platform, has raised $15M in Venture funding led by Ribbit Capital. Founded by Asta Li and Henri Stern in 2021, Privy has now raised a total of $41.3M in reported equity funding.

Nammu21 – $10M

Analytics
Fintech

Nammu21, an analytics infrastructure platform for private credit transactions, has raised $10M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from three investors. Founded by Someera Khokhar in 2017, Nammu21 has now raised a total of $25.8M in reported equity funding.

257, a residential energy data platform to encourage electrification, has raised $9.2M in Seed funding led by F2 Venture Capital. Founded by Scott Rosenberg and Tal Chalozin in 2023.

Ryse – $5.9M

Ryse, a buy now, pay later platform for landlords providing them with immediate cash flow, has raised $5.9M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $6.4M and there were twenty-four investors in the close. Founded by Harsh Yadav and Sean Mitchell in 2023, Ryse has now raised a total of $6.4M in reported equity funding.

Daisy – $3.9M Seed

Daisy, a platform that connects brands with creators to boost content, has raised $3.9M in Seed funding led by CMT Digital, Volt Capital, and EV3 Ventures. Founded by Ray Lee, Vincent Tuscano, Ian Ettinger, and Dylan Huey in 2024.

Level – $2.6M

Level, a stablecoin with DeFi-native yield, has raised $2.6M in Venture funding led by Dragonfly. Founded by Kedian Sun and David Lee in 2021, Level has now raised a total of $6.2M in reported equity funding.

Musaffa – $348K

Fintech
Islamic Finance

Musaffa, an Islamic law compliant trading platform for ETFs and stocks, has raised $348K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5M and there were eight investors in this close. Founded by Dilshod Jumaniyazov and Rashid Turaev in 2022, Musaffa has now raised a total of $3.5M in reported equity funding.
