Taktile – $54M Series B

RISK MANAGEMENT

Taktile, an automated risk management platform for decisioning, has raised $54M in Series B funding led by Balderton Capital. Founded by Dr. Maximilian Eber and Maik Taro Wehmeyer in 2020, Taktile has now raised a total of $78.7M in reported equity funding.

Viam – $30M Series C

AI & AUTOMATION

Viam, the engineering platform for data, AI and automation, has raised $30M in Series C funding led by Union Square Ventures. Founded by Eliot Horowitz in 2020, Viam has now raised a total of $117M in reported equity funding.

Crash Override – $13.25M

CLOUD COMPUTING

Crash Override, a visibility platform for cloud native applications that ties together development and deployment, has raised $13.25M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $15M and there were five investors in this close. Founded by John Viega and Mark Curphey in 2022, Crash Override has now raised a total of $27.25M in reported equity funding.

Highstock – $5.5M Seed

E-COMMERCE

Highstock, a private marketplace for unsold inventory connecting brands with wholesale purchasers, has raised $5.5M in Seed funding led by Greylock. Highstock was founded by Camille van Horne and Ashish Sinha in 2024.

Eleven – $3M

FINTECH

Eleven, an operating system for private investments, has raised $3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $4M and there were four investors in this close. Founded by Eric Slaim in 2023, Eleven has now raised a total of $3.6M in reported equity funding.

HeyMilo – $2.2M Seed

HR TECH

HeyMilo, an AI-powered candidate screening platform, has raised $2.2M in Seed funding led by Canaan Partners. HeyMilo was founded by Ramie Raufdeen and Sabashan Ragavan in 2023.

CloudWorks Solutions – $565K

CLOUD SERVICES

CloudWorks Solutions, a cloud and ServiceNow specialists, has raised $565K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing does not include a total offering amount but does indicate that this close comes from ten investors. CloudWorks Solutions was founded by Toan Huynh in 2025.
