Siro, an AI-powered conversation intelligence platform for in-person sales, has raised $50M in Series B funding led by SignalFire. Founded by Jake Cronin and Joseph Jordan in 2020, Siro has now raised a total of $68M in reported equity funding.

Clair – $23M Series B

FinTech/Payments

Clair, an on-demand payment platform for shift workers, has raised $23M in Series B funding led by Upfront Ventures. Founded by Alex Kostecki, Erich Nussbaumer, and Nico Simko in 2020, Clair has now raised a total of $67.8M in reported equity funding.

Sweep.io – $22.5M Series B

Enterprise AI

Sweep.io, an Agentic AI workspace for the enterprise, has raised $22.5M in Series B funding led by Insight Partners. Founded by Eran Kirshenboim and Ido Gaver in 2021, Sweep.io has now raised a total of $50.5M in reported equity funding.

WishRoll – $17.1M

Gaming/Social Media

WishRoll, the makers of the mobile game Status – Sims but social media, has raised $17.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from twenty-four investors. WishRoll was founded by Amit Bhatnagar, Blossom Okonkwo, Fai Nur, and Great Okonkwo in 2020.

Affiniti – $17M Series A

FinTech/Small Business

Affiniti, a complete financial operating system for traditional small businesses that offers expense management credit cards, has raised $17M in Series A funding led by SignalFire. Founded by Sahil Phadnis and Aaron Bai in 2021, Affiniti has now raised a total of $28M in reported equity funding.

Barndoor AI – $13.6M Seed

AI/Enterprise

Barndoor AI, a visibility platform for agentic AI workforces, has raised $13.6M in Seed funding led by Crosslink Capital. Barndoor AI was founded by Oren Michels and Kirsten Spoljaric.

TrueX – $11M Series A

Crypto/DeFi

TrueX, a decentralized stablecoin-native exchange, has raised $11M in Series A funding led by RRE Ventures and Accomplice. Founded by Vishal K. Gupta in 2023, TrueX has now raised a total of $20M in reported equity funding.

Seeds – $10M Series A

FinTech/WealthTech

Seeds, a digital platform for financial advisors to offer tailored automated portfolios, has raised $10M in Series A funding led by Portage Ventures. Founded by Michael Conway and Zachary Conway in 2019, Seeds has now raised a total of $16M in reported equity funding.

Button Finance – $5M Series A

Button Finance, a home equity lending platform, has raised $5M in Series A funding led by Hildene. Founded by Jason Harris in 2019, Button Finance has now raised a total of $7M in reported equity funding.

Mura – $4.5M Seed

AI/Field Service


Mura, an AI-powered platform to manage HVAC businesses and field service operations, has raised $4.5M in Seed funding led by Lerer Hippeau and Level One Fund. Founded by Claire DeRoberts and Ryan G Smith in 2024, Mura has now raised a total of $6M in reported equity funding. Mealogic – $4.5M

Food/Health

Mealogic, a health-focused meal delivery service, has raised $4.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were four investors in the round.

Sent – $4.1M

API/Messaging

Sent, a unified API for sending A2P messages across messaging platforms, has raised $4.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were twenty-one investors in the round. Sent was founded by Daniel Vataj in 2023.

The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5M and there were eleven investors in this close. Founded by Christian Gheorghe and Lawrence Lenihan in 2015, Resonance Companies has now raised a total of $48.8M in reported equity funding.

Dexari – $3.1M

Dexari, an onchain crypto mobile trading app powered by Hyperliquid, has raised $3.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were twenty-four investors in the round. Dexari was founded by Chuck Bradford, Zac Barron, and Samuel Sramko in 2024.

Algoma – $2.3M

AI/Real Estate

Algoma, an AI-powered feasibility assessment platform for real estate development, has raised $2.3M in funding led by Zacua Ventures. Founded by Josef Bromovsky, Seyfihan Usarer, and Kyle MertensMeyer in 2023, Algoma has now raised a total of $4.3M in reported equity funding.

ShortTok – $2.2M

AI/Video

ShortTok, an AI-powered video storytelling creation platform, has raised $2.2M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the transaction was structured as a SAFE agreement and the round comes from six investors. ShortTok was founded by Vikram Nagrani in 2021.

Happy Medium – $1.35M

Arts/Community

Happy Medium, an arts club for casual artists, has raised $1.35M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from eighteen investors. Happy Medium was founded by Rett Carraway and Tayler-Jay Carraway in 2020.

WordCollections – $1M

Music/Publishing

WordCollections, an administration platform for music publishers and songwriters, has raised $1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3.4M and there were eighteen investors in the round. WordCollections was founded by Bob Kohn and Jeff Price in 2020.
