Clair – $23M Series B

FINTECH

Clair, an on-demand payment platform for shift workers, has raised $23M in Series B funding led by Upfront Ventures. Founded by Alex Kostecki, Erich Nussbaumer, and Nico Simko in 2020, Clair has now raised a total of $67.8M in reported equity funding.

Mealogic – $4.5M

FOOD DELIVERY

Mealogic, a health-focused meal delivery service, has raised $4.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were four investors in the round. Mealogic was founded by Ellis Singer McCue in 2023.

API PLATFORM

Sent, a unified API for sending A2P messages across messaging platforms, has raised $4.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were twenty-one investors in the round. Sent was founded by Daniel Vataj in 2023.

Dexari – $3.1M

CRYPTO TRADING

Dexari, an onchain crypto mobile trading app powered by Hyperliquid, has raised $3.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were twenty-four investors in the round. Dexari was founded by Chuck Bradford, Zac Barron, and Samuel Sramko in 2024.

ShortTok – $2.2M

AI VIDEO

ShortTok, an AI-powered video storytelling creation platform, has raised $2.2M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the transaction was structured as a SAFE agreement and the round comes from six investors. ShortTok was founded by Vikram Nagrani in 2021.
