Precision Neuroscience – $250M Series D

Precision Neuroscience, a medical device company that builds a brain-computer interface restoring communication and movement for people with paralysis and neurological disease, has raised $250M in Series D funding. The round was led by Pershing Square Inc., the Ackman Oxman Institute, and an undisclosed leading life sciences investment fund, with participation from the Duquesne Family Office, B Capital, ARK Investment Management, Invus, Mubadala Capital, Mirae Asset Capital, Korea Investment Partners, Hitachi Ventures, JSL Health Capital, and others. Founded by Benjamin Rapoport, Michael Mager, Demetrios Papageorgiou, and Mark Hettick in 2021, Precision Neuroscience has now raised a total of $405M in reported equity funding.

The round was led by Insight Partners with participation from Trenches Capital, Watchfire Ventures, Barrel Ventures, Footwork, and Y Combinator.
