Octane – $100M Series F

FINTECH

Octane, an end-to-end financing platform for powersports equipment purchases, has raised $100M in Series F funding led by Valar Ventures. Founded by Jason Guss and Sean Fernandez-Ledon in 2014, Octane has now raised a total of $342M in reported equity funding.

Esusu – $50M Series C

FINTECH

Esusu, a credit-building and economic mobility platform, has raised $50M in Series C funding led by Westbound Equity Partners. Founded by Jeph Acheampong, Robert Henning, Samir Goel, and Wemimo Abbey in 2016, Esusu has now raised a total of $195M in reported equity funding.

Axion – $37M Series B

AI/MANUFACTURING

Axion, an AI-powered platform for ensuring product quality for manufacturing, has raised $37M in Series B funding led by Salesforce Ventures. Founded by Daniel First and Rebecca Trachtenberg in 2021, Axion has now raised a total of $64M in reported equity funding.

Nomad Health – $33.8M

HEALTHCARE TECH

Nomad Health, an online staffing marketplace for healthcare, has raised $33.8M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were twenty investors in the round. Founded by Alexander Pease, Alexi Nazem, Kevin Ryan, Maxwell Laurens, and Ryan Grant in 2015, Nomad Health has now raised a total of $273.8M in reported equity funding.

MEND – $20M Series A

DIGITAL HEALTH

MEND, a digital health platform providing clinical nutrition for surgical recovery and patient engagement, has raised $20M in Series A funding led by S2G Investments. Founded by Eziah Syed, Helene Rutledge, J Whitney Stevens, and Reja Sabet in 2018, MEND has now raised a total of $44.7M in reported equity funding.

Minerva – $7.2M

AI/CONSUMER INSIGHTS

Minerva, an AI platform for understanding consumer behavior, has raised $7.2M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $15M and there were five investors in this close. Founded by Jackson Engles, Daniel Saedi, and Mathew Joseph in 2023, Minerva has now raised a total of $15.4M in reported equity funding.
