The company raised a $116M Series E led by General Catalyst. Alongside the fundraise, Cityblock announced a definitive agreement to acquire rural healthcare provider Homeward Health in an all-stock transaction, positioning the combined platform to serve the nation’s 120 million individuals enrolled in government-sponsored healthcare programs. Cityblock Health was founded by Toyin Ajayi, Iyah Romm, Mat Balez, and Bay Gross in 2017. The company has raised approximately $1B in total funding.

Ultra – $57.1M

Robotics AI Enterprise

Ultra is a robotics company that manufactures and deploys AI-powered industrial robots for warehouse automation tasks such as order packaging, sorting, and kitting. The company raised funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $62.1M and there were fifty-three investors in this close. Ultra was founded by Jonathan Schwartz, Max Friefeld, Oliver Ortlieb, and Chetan Parthiban in 2024.
