Actasys, the makers of a sensor cleaning system for use in vehicles and smart mobility systems where safety is critical, has raised $5M in Seed funding from investors that include Volvo Cars Tech Fund and NextGear Ventures. Founded by Daniele Gallardo, David Menicovich, and Michael Amitay in 2013, Actasys has now raised a total of $5.75M in reported equity funding.  AlleyWatch will publish an exclusive interview with Amitay this upcoming week on Actasys’ Seed funding round.
