Base, the at-home lab testing startup focused on monitoring energy, sleep, stress, and immunity, has raised $3.4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that $900K of this amount represents the conversion of a previous SAFE note and that there were thirteen investors in the round. Investors in previous rounds include Brooklyn Bridge Ventures, Lakehouse Ventures, Amplifyher Ventures, and K50. Base was founded by Lola Priego in 2019. AlleyWatch published an exclusive interview with Priego in September after Base’s Pre-Seed funding.
