Prepared, an AI-powered assistive platform for 911 calls, has raised $27M in Series B funding from investors that include Andreessen Horowitz, First Round Capital, M13, and NewView Capital. Founded by Daniel James, Dylan Gleicher, Michael Chime, and Neal Soni in 2020, Prepared has now raised a total of $57M in reported equity funding. Rogo – $18M

Rogo, a generative AI platform for the finance industry, has raised $18M in Series A funding led by Khosla Ventures. Founded by Gabriel Stengel and John Willett in 2021, Rogo has now raised a total of $26M in reported equity funding.


Opacity Labs – $13.3M

Opacity Labs, an on-chain verifiability layer for the web, has raised $13.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from forty-eight investors. Opacity Labs was founded by Hersh Patel in 2024.

Founded by Paul Blankley and Ryan Janssen in 2018, Zenlytic has now raised a total of $15.4M in reported equity funding.


Latii – $6.7M

Latii, a supply chain platform for securing building materials with a focus on doors and windows, has raised $6.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from twenty-three investors. Founded by Juan Pascual Orero and Santiago Bueno in 2022, Latii has now raised a total of $8.8M in reported equity funding.


Thread AI – $6M

Thread AI, an AI infrastructure and workflow platform for the enterprise, has raised $6M in Seed funding led by Index Ventures.. Thread AI was founded by Angela McNeal and Mayada Gonimah, in 2023. Share XYZ – $1M

Share XYZ, a stealth startup, has raised $1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3M and this close comes from a sole investor. Share XYZ was founded by Scott Gray in 2023.


JobLeap.ai – $950K

JobLeap.ai, an AI-powered career advisor, has raised $950K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $1.5M and there were twelve investors in this close. JobLeap.ai was founded by Joshua Gampel and Prasith Govin in 2024.


Orygen – $200K

Orygen, an embedded AI platform for brands to connect with audiences using printed products, merchandise, and apparel, has raised $200K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates does not include a total offering amoung but does indicate that this close comes from a sole investor. Orygen was founded by Sofia Gorenstein in 2023.
