Kalshi, the prediction marketplace, has raised $300M in Series D funding from investors that include led by Sequoia Capital and Andreessen Horowitz. Founded by Luana Lopes Lara and Tarek Mansour in 2018, Kalshi has now raised a total of $565.2M in reported equity funding.

Nova Credit – $35M Series D

Fintech Infrastructure

Nova Credit, an infrastructure and analytics platform for alternative credit data, has raised $35M in Series D funding from investors that include led by Socium Ventures. Founded by Loek Janssen, Misha Esipov, and Nicky Goulimis in 2016, Nova Credit has now raised a total of $159.4M in reported equity funding.

Patlytics – $21.1M

AI Patent Intelligence

Patlytics, an AI-powered patent intelligence platform, has raised $21.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were fifty investors in this round. Founded by Arthur Jen and Paul Lee in 2023, Patlytics is disrupting the patent analysis space.

Aboon – $17.5M Seed

Fintech / Retirement Tech

Aboon, an AI-powered third party administration platform for advisers to launch retirement plans for their clients, has raised $17.5M in Seed funding from investors that include led by Bain Capital Ventures. Founded by Nicholas Gavronsky and Amy Ouellette in 2023, Aboon is modernizing retirement plan administration.

Marble Health – $15.5M Series A

Mental Health Tech

Marble Health, a mental health platform for teens, has raised $15.5M in Series A funding from investors that include led by Costanoa Ventures. Founded by Jake Sussman and Dan Ross in 2023, Marble Health has now raised a total of $20.5M in reported equity funding.

Medmo – $15M Series A

Healthcare Tech

Medmo, an orchestration platform for radiology appointments, has raised $15M in Series A funding from investors that include led by Covera Health. Founded by Christopher Kelly and Lucas Takahashi in 2017, Medmo is fixing the broken medical imaging referral process. AlleyWatch broke the news in an exclusive covering the round.

Renew – $12M Series A

Proptech

Renew, an AI-powered retention management platform for multifamily and single-family apartment operators, has raised $12M in Series A funding from investors that include led by Haymaker Ventures. Founded by Rob Hayden and Kevin Murphy in 2021, Renew has now raised a total of $32.8M in reported equity funding.

Tria – $12M Pre-Seed

Web3 / Crypto

Tria, a self-custodial neobank that unifies spending, trading, and earning across all chains, has raised $12M in Pre-Seed funding from investors that include led by P2 Ventures. Founded by Vijit Katta and Parth Bhalla in 2023, Tria is building the future of cross-chain banking.

Bevel – $10M

Health & Wellness

Bevel, an app focused on improving health, longevity, and performance, has raised $10M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that this round comes from a sole investor. Founded by Grey Nguyen and Ben Yang in 2021, Bevel has now raised a total of $19M in reported equity funding.

Corbel – $6.7M Seed

Industrial Tech

Corbel, an AI-powered operating system for industrial equipment manufacturers, has raised $6.7M in Seed funding from investors that include led by Ibex Investors. Founded by Le’ora Lichtenstein and Dor Litay in 2022, Corbel is transforming industrial operations with AI.

Andium – $4.1M

IoT / Industrial

Andium, an industrial field management platform that leverages IoT, has raised $4.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5M and there were four investors in this close. Founded by Jory Schwach and Odd Hauge in 2013, Andium has now raised a total of $46.5M in reported equity funding.

ShelfCycle – $4M

Supply Chain Tech

ShelfCycle, an operating system for chemical distributors, has raised $4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $4.5M and there were four investors in this close. Founded by Michael Harrison in 2023, ShelfCycle is digitizing the chemical distribution industry.

FlowMode – $3.8M

Productivity & Wellness

FlowMode, a yet-to-launch startup focused on productivity and wellness, has raised $3.8M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $4.5M and there were five investors in this close. Founded by Tom DiLemmo and Nadav Shoval in 2025, FlowMode is building something new in the productivity space.

Pinpoint – $2.5M Venture
