Vestwell, a digital savings platform for workplace retirement, education, and emergency savings access, has raised $385M in Series E funding led by Sixth Street Growth and Blue Owl Capital Corporation. Founded by Aaron Schumm in 2016, Vestwell has now raised a total of $660M in reported equity funding.

Novig – $75M Series B

Gaming & Sports

Novig, a peer-to-peer sports prediction market platform where users compete directly against each other with commission-free odds instead of betting against a traditional sportsbook, has raised $75M in Series B funding led by Pantera Capital. Founded by Jacob Fortinsky and Kelechi Ukah in 2021, Novig has now raised a total of $99.9M in reported equity funding.

Avantos – $25M Series A

Fintech

Avantos, an AI-powered operating system for client management for onboarding, servicing, and growth for financial institutions, has raised $25M in Series A funding led by Bessemer Venture Partners. Founded by Bassam Chaptini and Rabih Ramadi in 2024, Avantos has now raised a total of $35M in reported equity funding.

Hook – $10M Series A

Music & Entertainment

Hook, a creative social music app for making and sharing song remixes and mashups, has raised $10M in Series A funding led by Khosla Ventures. Founded by Gaurav Sharma in 2022, Hook has now raised a total of $16.5M in reported equity funding.

QuadSci – $8M Series A

AI & SaaS

QuadSci, an AI-powered revenue acceleration platform for GTM teams using product telemetry, has raised $8M in Series A funding led by Crosslink Capital. Founded by Sean Murray and Dan Harmeson in 2023, QuadSci has now raised a total of $8M in reported equity funding. Monark Markets – $8.1M Venture

Fintech

Monark Markets, an API-based platform that allows retail brokerage firms and wealth management platforms to provide access to private market investments, has raised $8.1M in Venture funding led by F-Prime. Founded by Ben Haber and Paul Davis in 2021, Monark Markets has now raised a total of $14.4M in reported equity funding.

Moab – $8M Series A

B2B SaaS

Moab, a platform for equipment rental and dealers to manage inventory, orders, billing, and operations, has raised $8M in Series A funding led by Elad Gil. Founded by Charles Soll and Patrick Anderson in 2023, Moab has now raised a total of $16M in reported equity funding.

Fara Homidi – $4M

Beauty & Consumer

Fara Homidi, a luxury direct-to-consumer beauty brand, has raised $4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from a sole investor. Founded by Fara Homidi in 2020, Fara Homidi has now raised a total of $7M in reported equity funding.

UniqLearn – $1.96M

EdTech

UniqLearn, a personalized K-12 learning platform creating tailored homework and student learning profiles, has raised $1.96M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from nineteen investors. Founded by Aidan McDowell in 2024, UniqLearn has now raised a total of $1.96M in reported equity funding.
