Wonder – $650M

ENTERPRISE

Wonder, a food technology platform that builds, acquires, and hosts restaurant brands through proprietary kitchen technology and delivery infrastructure, has raised $650M in Series D funding from investors that include Accel, GV, New Enterprise Associates, AllianceBernstein, ARK Invest, and Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management. Founded by Juan Cappello and Marc Lore in 2018, Wonder has now raised a total of ~$3.15B in reported equity funding.


Gauntlet – $125M

FINTECH

Gauntlet, a quantitative risk management and yield optimization platform that helps financial institutions and DeFi protocols allocate and manage digital assets on-chain, has raised $125M in Series C funding led by SBI Group. Founded by Tarun Chitra, Rei Chiang, and John Morrow in 2018, Gauntlet has now raised a total of $169.8M in reported equity funding.


Cover Genius – $111M

INSURTECH

Cover Genius, an insurtech platform that enables digital companies to embed and sell protection products for their customers, has raised $111M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were seven investors in this round. Cover Genius was founded by Angus McDonald and Chris Bayley in 2014.


InstaLILY AI – $60M

AI ENTERPRISE

InstaLILY AI, an AI products and infrastructure company that deploys autonomous forward-deployed engineers that learn how a business works, build the software it needs, and go live within days, has raised $60M in Series B funding led by Energize Capital with participation from Insight Partners, Home Depot Ventures, and United Rentals. Founded by Amit Shah and Sumantro Das in 2023, InstaLILY AI has now raised a total of ~$100M in reported equity funding.

Fora – $60M

ENTERPRISE

Fora, a travel platform that enables independent travel advisors to build and run businesses through AI-powered technology and training tools, has raised $60M in Series D funding led by Forerunner and Tactile Ventures with participation from Thrive Capital, Insight Partners, Heartcore Capital, PLUS Capital, BlackPines Capital Partners, and Tribeca Venture Partners. Founded by Evan Frank, Henley Vazquez, Jake Peters, and Joe Essenfeld in 2021, Fora has now raised a total of $138.5M in reported equity funding.


Vendelux – $50M

ENTERPRISE

Vendelux, an AI-powered event intelligence platform that helps B2B marketers identify, evaluate, and measure in-person events across a database of over 250,000 global conferences and trade shows, has raised $50M in Series B funding led by Tribeca Venture Partners with participation from S3, Pelion Ventures, HubSpot Ventures, FirstMark, and Cervin Ventures. Founded by Alex Reynolds and Stefan Deeran in 2021, Vendelux has now raised a total of $71M in reported equity funding.

TytoCare – $25M

HEALTHTECH

TytoCare, a healthtech company that provides AI-powered remote physical examination technology using FDA-cleared medical devices for clinical-grade virtual care, has raised $25M in Venture funding led by Insight Partners with participation from Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP), OliveTree, OrbiMed, Qumra Capital, and Qualcomm Ventures. Founded by Dedi Gilad and Ofer Tzadik in 2011, TytoCare has now raised a total of ~$230.7M in reported equity funding.


Overtone – $18M

AI

Overtone, a modern matchmaking company that uses AI and voice technology to provide highly curated romantic introductions grounded in relationship science, has raised $18M in Seed funding from investors that include FirstMark, Pace Capital, and Match Group. Overtone was founded by Justin McLeod, the founder of Hinge, in 2025.

Speakeasy Raises $8.8M to Build the Intelligence Layer for the Live Events Industry

Speakeasy, an operations and intelligence platform that provides ticketing, CRM, reservations, and payments infrastructure for the live experience economy, has raised $8.8M in Venture funding led by Positive Sum with participation from Yamaha’s Music Innovations Fund. corner, a social networking platform that lets users curate and share lists of nightlife venues, bars, restaurants, and cultural spots, has raised $6.9M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $8.4M and there were thirteen investors in this close. corner was founded by Eliza Wu and Jake Xia in 2022.


Section – $3.15M

EDTECH

Section, an enterprise AI training and adoption platform that helps organizations turn AI investments into measurable workforce behavior change through coaching, certification, and strategic planning, has raised $3.15M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $10M and there were six investors in this close. Section was founded by Scott Galloway in 2019.
