Treasury, a new yet-to-launch fintech startup, has raised $1.74M in funding according to a recent SEC filing funding. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3M, there were five investors in this close, and fintech startup heavyweights Eli Broverman (cofounder Betterment), Jeff Cruttenden (cofounder Acorns and Say), and James Layfield (Cofounder Clearfind) are executives in the company that was formed earlier this year.
