Vimcal – $4.5M

Vimcal, a calendar app, has raised $4.5M in Seed funding led by Altos Ventures. Founded by John Li and Michael Zhao in 2018, Vimcal has now raised a total of $6.4M in reported equity funding. Prelude – $5.2M

Prelude, an inventory and supply chain management platform for the cannabis industry, has raised $5.2M in Seed funding from investors that include Casa Verde Capital and Rackhouse Venture Capital. Founded by Michael E. Murphy and Andrew Copp in 2021, Prelude has now raised a total of $10.4M in reported equity funding.

Hang Media – $9.2M

Hang Media, a fan-celebrity community that hosts interactive virtual watch parties for sporting events featuring celebrities, athletes, and influencers, has raised $9.2M in Series A funding from investors that include Brown Angel Group, Ratner Ventures, Clara Vista Investment Partners, The Operating Group, and Anthony Baranello. Hang Media was founded by Lorne Green and Jon Klein in 2021.


Billfold POS – $2.91M

Billfold POS, a POS system for live events and venues, has raised $2.91M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round is structured as a convertible note and there were twenty investors in the round. Founded by Stas Chijik in 2016, Billfold POS has now raised a total of $5.91M in reported equity funding.
