Amogy – $139M

Amogy, a climate tech startup focused on decarbonizing heavy-duty transport through the use of emission-free ammonia as fuel, has raised $139M in Series B funding from investors that include Temasek Holdings, DCVC, AP Ventures, SK Innovation, Aramco Ventures, Zeon Ventures, MOL PLUS, Korea Zinc, and Yanmar Ventures. Founded by Seonghoon Woo and Hyunho Kim in 2020, Amogy has now raised a total of $208.3M in reported equity funding.


Momofuku Goods – $17.5M

Momofuku Goods, the pantry essentials brand from the famed restaurant group, has raised $17.5M in additional funding led by Siddhi Capital. Momofuku Goods was founded by David Chang in 2019.


Stratyfy – $10.2M

Stratyfy, a predictive model development and decision optimization platform for financial institutions, has raised $10.2M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from forty-one investors. Founded by Dmitry Lesnik, Laura Kornhauser, Michael Cherkassky, and Stas Cherkassky in 2017, Stratyfy has now raised a total of $12M in reported equity funding.

AptDeco – $6.15M

AptDeco, the marketplace for buying and selling used furniture, has raised $6.15M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $7M and there were four investors in this close. Founded by Kalam Dennis and Reham Fagiri in 2012, AptDeco has now raised a total of $9.8M in reported equity funding.


VERO Leasing – $6M

VERO Leasing, a platform that automates the screening and leasing of residential applicants, has raised $6M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $9M and that this close comes from eleven investors. Founded by Joe Ben-Zvi and Lou Baugier in 2018, VERO Leasing has now raised a total of $15.2M in reported equity funding.


C16 Biosciences – $5M

C16 Biosciences, a maker of biodesigned oils and fats offer a sustainable alternative to palm oil, has raised $5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $10.2M and there were seventeen investors in the close. Founded by David Heller, Harry McNamara, and Shara Ticku in 2017, C16 Biosciences has now raised a total of $29M in reported equity funding.

MOGL – $2.6M

MOGL, a marketplace for student athletes to capitalize on Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities, has raised $2.6M in Seed funding led by Magarac Venture Partners. Founded by Ayden Syal and Brandon Wimbush in 2019, MOGL has now raised a total of $5.5M in reported equity funding.


Latent Knowledge – $194K

Latent Knowledge, an online research platform for R&D, has raised $194K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from eleven investors. Founded by James Reilly in 2019, Latent Knowledge has now raised a total of $344.3K in reported equity funding.
